Where do you deliver to?
We ship to New Zealand, Australia, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and the European Union.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
International orders are shipped from New Zealand and may be subject to local taxes, customs fees, or import duties on arrival.

How long will it take to get my order?
New Zealand orders typically arrive within 1 to 5 working days once dispatched.
Australia orders typically take 5 to 14 working days depending on whether you’re metro or regional.
For United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union, delivery timeframes vary by region and customs processing, your best reference is the Shipping page at the time you order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping over $250 for New Zealand orders (as advertised on site).
What is your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Email hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz with your order number and the reason for your return request. If approved, we will provide next steps for sending it back.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes. Our products are covered by a 4 year warranty from the day they were purchased, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
We prefer repair first wherever possible. If something cannot be repaired, we may replace it.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if something is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
What are your canvas products made from?
Many of our canvas goods are built from heavy duty 16 oz waxed cotton canvas, chosen for durability, water resistance, and the way it ages with character over time.
Will waxed canvas mark or fade over time?
Yes, and that’s the point. Waxed canvas develops creases and patina like a favourite pair of jeans. Those marks are proof of use, not failure.
How do I care for my waxed canvas products?
For small marks, wipe with a damp cloth and cold water.
Avoid hot water and detergents as they can compromise the wax finish.
Let it air dry fully in a well-ventilated space, out of direct sunlight.

Do I need to re wax my gear?
We recommend re proofing waxed canvas annually, or whenever the fabric looks dry, lighter in high wear areas, or stops beading water the way it used to.
