At Barnaby Outdoor, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:
Returns
We provide a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz with your order number and details about the item(s) you'd like to return.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards or promotional products.
- Items purchased during clearance sales unless defective or damaged.
Damages and Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately at hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz. We will evaluate the issue and offer appropriate solutions, including repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Process
- Contact us at hello@barnabyoutdoor.co.nz with your order number and return reason.
- Once your return request is approved, we will send you return instructions, including shipping details to our Auckland HQ. Please include a copy of the original receipt or packing slip with your return.
- Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect upon delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card statement after approval.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges and Repairs
Where appropriate, Barnaby Outdoor offers repair or exchange services for eligible returns. If an item can be repaired or replaced, this option will be explored before issuing a refund.
