A quick heads up before you check out. We ship from Aotearoa, New Zealand, and we now send Barnaby gear to a few more corners of the world. Keen to know if we ship to you? Here’s the current list.
Areas we service
New Zealand
All our products are available to be sent NZ wide via online purchase.
Australia
We now ship directly to Australia. Standard shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Please note that all Australian orders are shipped from New Zealand and may be subject to local customs or import duties upon arrival.
United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union
We now ship directly to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
All international orders ship from New Zealand and may be subject to local taxes, customs fees, or import duties on arrival. Any charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Outside these regions?
If you are outside the regions above but are keen to get your hands on some of our gear, get in touch and we will see what we can do.
What services we use
We use a variety of services depending on the best rates at the time. Couriers that we typically use are: Poste Haste, Castles Parcels, Aramex, NZ Post, NZ Couriers, plus international carrier partners.
Once you have entered your shipping address on the checkout page, your shipping cost will appear.
Unfortunately, we can’t post to PO Boxes at this time.
Rural deliveries will take a little bit longer to arrive.

Upper and Central North Island: 1 to 3 working days
Lower North Island: 1 to 4 working days
South Island: 2 to 5 working days

Metro areas: 5 to 10 working days
Regional areas: 7 to 14 working days
To the United States

Please note, these are delivery estimates once dispatched. Customs processing and peak periods can add extra time.
Dispatch timing
All our orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of purchase unless otherwise stated, for example made to order items.
Made to Order Products
Some of our products are made to order.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for production before dispatch. We’ll keep you updated along the way and send tracking details once your order is ready to ship.
